As per your suggestion, I&#039;d say let&#039;s leave it for more advanced animal language experts. I&#039;m not really that smart. But I know that barking for dogs &lt;i&gt;is&lt;/i&gt; indeed communication. I think what the cartoon person tried to do here is to question whether cats can get to learn it too. And that would indeed be something interesting to think about.  Whoof!</description>
